I'm having trouble getting my Minolta to recognize the IP address. I ran the config page after properly turning off the machine and the Fiery driver and rebooting up but it won't pick up the address.

I don't leave this machine on all the time, just turn it on when I need it and I know it doesn't automatically keep the address but I can't remember what I did the first time to get it. Will I have to reinstall the drivers? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Is DHCP turned on?

If DHCP is off, make sure you are exiting the set up mode properly with the "OK" buttons and are saving the network info upon exiting the "Network Setup" menu.

How do I get it to recognize the IP again upon reboot?

And where is DHCP?

Both of those items are in the setup mode under network settings.

Try this. Turn on your DHCP, reboot, turn it off, input your IP then reboot again. The DHCP will detect a lot of settings you need but I always put the IP in manually. Once you set it , it should stay.

Thanks, guys. I'm at work now but I will try it as soon as I get home. Please keep in on the forum, as I may need the help again. I don't have a manual to weed my way through. Your help is very appreciated.

You should be able to download the user manuals for the Fiery and the 3102 at KONICA MINOLTA USA (http://www.konicaminolta.us/)
