Hi,

I have come across a Bizhub C554 with FS-534 finisher, and when the paper is exiting on the finisher, it is not exiting straight, its being pushed onto the output tray at an angle..

Basically not ejecting as it should be.

Anyone came across this before?

Make sure the paper is exiting the machine straight.
The horizontal transport may be not closed properly or some debris in there somewhere.

I just did this morning! In the past i would replace belt and ejector finger on the one it's catching on. If it's a one time thing though, you can adjust both belts until both fingers line up again. Just hold one of the fingers back and force the other one to skip a couple teeth and line it right up. Works for me.

Could also be the exit paddles that got worn out. Difficult to see the damage if you don't know the symptoms.

That does sound as though you have an obstruction in there somewhere, causing the paper to skew. Try getting the paper to exit onto a different tray and see if it skews there.

the 2 paddles are misaligned. you can press down on the belt thats behind and pull towards the exit to even them up. the belt will skip over the gear. thats fine, its what you want.

check the bridge unit guide ( the upper guide )just prior to the
finisher entrance the paper can wear the guide( generally at the rear of guide)
look at the ridges to see if worn, you will need to look carefully
as it won't be worn by much but the paper catches on it and skews
part no. a3ep822100 guide/7 item 17

good luck
