View Full Version : Error Code Bizhub C3850 - Doesnt recognize new toner

Have a bizhub c3850 that after replacing the magenta toner it doesn't seem to recognize the cartridge... have tried several different cartridges and all the same results (please replace M toner)

have also tried replacing the magenta IU, and the part with the 4x contact readers that plugs directly into the PRCB, Getting nowhere fast with this one.

Any ideas?

hello you can try to update firmware and if that doesnt work you can try to check voltage on chip reader connector .

1:The toner is not KM it's develop -> toner change
2:Check the other toner near by M -sometimes not correct the info in the display
3:Check the IU-s especially near by the M
