Bizhub 501, C-1102 code, anyone still have the tech bulletin on this

Bizhub 501 with the FS-522 inner finisher, every now and again will throw a C-1102 code for "tray lift / upper limit sensor".
Just have to spin tray down manually and works again, I mentioned this to another tech and he seemed to remember that there was a tech bulletin out for this code, like for an extended flag for the sensor or something like that.
Does anyone have access to this bulletin, I would greatly appreciate it, Thanks.

I would look for an original tray an drop the finisher.
