I have a konica 7075 that keep saying warming up all the time.
I have checked the connections on the fuser and the main body. I interchanged working fusers and the same problem, any ideas on what else to look for?

thanks

Check to make sure that the handle to the ADU drawer is latched completely. I have found that the handle gets stripped and looks like it is closed but is not. Follow the handle to the back and there is the lock/flag that actuates the ADU in sensor. Sometimes the screw comes out and it will not actuate. This causes the machine to say warming up.

I have seen this a few times.

Blessings,

Rob

Also check the drum heater brushes ,the drum contacts these when you install the drum, remove the drum from the assembly and you will see them on the back side, hope this helps

There is no fuser handle on a 7075,you must be thinking of the 7050,7155.7060 7065, not the 7075

Check the drum heater contacts and check the fuser unit connectors.
It will be one of these .

I tried all of these allready stil the same. I also used another drum unit from another printer and did the same thing so it must be in the drum unit section.

The problem will be a dirty or bad TCSB, or shot developer.
