View Full Version : Bizhub 4020 network scan not working on one machine

Hi there,

We have a Bizhub 4020 in the office with a few machines using it via the network, this morning one of the machines stopped working with it. When trying to start a network scan to this machine from the devices control panel it says "Authentication error" and when trying to start a scan from the computer it says "You need a WIA driver to use this device.". I've tried uninstalling all of the drivers and then using the latest versions off of the Konica Minolta website to no avail. I also tried running them in comparability mode with previous versions of Windows but this didn't help either. All of the computers did do a windows update overnight, and removing that also didn't help fix the problem, although none of the other machines have had an issue after the update.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might fix this issue?

Edit: Just to clarify, it was the Windows Creator update. Probably should have said that, and that we're using Windows 10 x64.
