Hello All.
First post here.
I have a customer with a c454e who is getting meter reading errors when printing from Corel Draw.
For example if she prints a 4 page document 2 pages b/w and 2 colour it will register as 4 colour .
If the same job is produced in Word the count is correct .
To compound this there is a c360 that will produce the correct reading using Corel Draw or Word .
I have duplicated the c360 driver and sent the same job through to the c454e but the same result occurs with the incorrect reading.
I am going to try a firmware update tomorrow to see if that corrects the problem but if anyone can shed some light on this that would be great in case this is not the solution.
