has anyone seen this error code before c-c135 it is on a km c7000 made in 2011 machine.
i cant find this error code in any of the manuals.

Main body: HDD/P connection abnormality
Cause
HDD/P unconnected
Measures to take when alert occurs
The main body stops immediately to turn OFF the main relay (RL1).
Estimated abnormal parts
• HDD/P (HDD/P)
Correction
Turn OFF/ON the sub power switch of the main body.
Note
• The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.
Solution
1. When HDD/P is not used, check the setting of the software DIPSW 2-1 on the service mode and when the setting is configured to "1",
change to "0".
2. Check the connector connection and the wiring between HDD/P and MCB/P, and repair it if any abnormality.(Wiring diagram: Main
body (2/3-2):19-G)

Control while detached
HDD unusable (HDD not connected)
However, it cannot be detached when the scanner or the IC-601 is connected.

thanks for pointing us in the right direction.
wiring is fine. however what has fixed it was
i/o. 99-03. disk check. ran it twice and now it boots.
I wonder how long these drives are going to last before they die for good considering the machine is from 2011 and drives typically last 3 to 5 years.
