why not just get the 2 part yellow and white NCR paper and use the same tray and set the controller to print 2 copies of each page it receives.
i have 2 accounts doing this.

also depending on the software you may be able to pick from multiple trays depending on the queues set to default to certain trays.
i had a MAS90 setup a while ago and set 3 queues to diff trays and in MAS90 i was able to select all 3 for the 3 part NCR form.

same way you did it on any other fiery, media set, pg1 tray 1, pg2 tray 2....send x number of copies.

but Synthohol (http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/members/synthohol.html) is correct, best to buy pre-collated NCR, unless its a custom run or specialty stuff....

the only reason i like the pre collated sheets is if there is a registration difference from tray to tray (common) i know all the image/text will line up coming from the same tray.

yes, unless your running some weird stack.. that is not available as a pre collated set.
