So clearly we have tried everything I can think of...
New Drum, New Wires, New Grid, Swapped DV unit and it stays with Engine.
Then swapped the TSCB with a used one.
Check slit glass and cleaned laser head just to be sure.
7M on meter.
I guess I need to verify its making patches...
Trying standard data recall...
any known issues or work arounds??

I like that idea. If you have a good data export from another machine you might try it on this machine. That's saved me on a couple of occasions. =^..^=

Think i got somewhere...
I have 4-5 of these 920s in storage from an old contract - so parts are no issue...
BlackHat can you send me the export/import directions...
Also how can it keep giving me error 2 with all new components...
Should i clear all, reload firmware?
Try another TSCB (i had 2 of them in a box on the shelve - all used)
I guess I am a professional parts swapper.
Going to try a few more things now that the new hopper is 100% moving toner....
On a side note, seems like most parts are still available - at one point we were running over 300K duplex letter sheets a week, for years we did this...
So i had (have) a huge wall shelf of 920 items. Seems like fuser rollers are the only thing i cant find aftermarket anymore....
Has anyone not been another to keep on running due to a critical component not being available? This would apply to 7272/7085/920/950/etc

In front of the changed parts, I thought about this case.

I have had several 920 give error 2 upon dot diameter calibration, yet never cause any operational problems. As long as you don't have quality issues or drum potential errors I would walk away.
