Hello,

I have a C252 BIZHUB problem.
The machine startup, the control panel come up displaying menu and so on.
The copier is connected on the network.
But it do not take in account any command from network pc and, if I remember well, touch command do not responds.

Did you think that changing control panel board, system can be again alive?
Is there a process to diagnostic system and see witch part have a fail?

Did you do the basic things, like let the machine automatically pull an IP address then ping it? I would start there first.

Also, that model has known issues with touch panel not responding. You have to replace just the touch glass. Sold on internet for around $50 USD.
