BH-C-280, new TB ruined after 1K.

BH-C-280, new TB ruined after only 1.8 K.

    Anyone seen this before?

Something punched the TB. The hole is not exactly there where the picker finger touched the belt. Furthermore the picker finger does not show any signs of force which was to expect if the picker finger would have caused such a massive damage to the belt. Than what was it??

BTW: Is it normal that newer TB's have 3 instead of one only picker finger?

For some reason it won't let me edit my post from earlier today. It is normal for the new belts to have 3 picker fingers.
