    Konica Minolta C360 No-one touch

    Hi all,

    I have someone who has received a C360 that has been factory reset (and firmware to allow resetting of the service parts)

    I am trying to setup their scan functions but the Onetouch/address book button has disapeered. I log on as an administrator and there is no options on the web browser.

    Any ideas?

      Go into service more and make sure the HDD shows "installed ".
