What exactly does the screen say, and in what context?

"Load Paper" can mean that you haven't loaded the correct media type or correct media size to match the print driver request. It can mean that it is incorrectly identifying the original size. It can mean that it is incorrectly identifying the paper tray paper size.

I seem to recall that that machine comes with some strange defaults out of the box, like bypass tray as the default paper source. =^..^=
