BH750 fax forward to email

Hi All,
Fishing for ideas here. I have a 750 that forwards faxes as TIFF's fine but when the file is sent as PDF it is like the page is rotated to landscape but the image is still portrait so you have white space on the right hand side of the image and the top is cut off.
I found a reference to it in the latest firmware which i loaded, however the problem still remains. I have changed just about every setting even remotely related but no joy.
Hope someone somewhere has seen this before.

You could check the binding position is set to left bind and not auto, these machines in the early days had a bug where it would do this but from the doc feeder. It was resolved by a firmware revision but you could try it in the scan setting it may be a work around.
