MOSCOW. Sept 18 (Interfax) - No sharp fluctuations are expected in the exchange rate of the U.S. dollar in the foreseeable future, Finance Minster Alexei Kudrin told reporters on Monday. "There won't be any noticeable fluctuations," he said. The dollar lost a lot in the previous period, he said.
