I know it may seems strange that we still use this model of konica minolta.but I should tell u if u already don`t know that In third world we unfortunately still use this machine or even older.

I think many of u even don`t remember the operation procedure and technicals about minolta C-350 but I hope maybe some of u could help because I`m really desperate.

This machine was working perfectly and for some reasons I had to change the NVRAM which I dont Have access to the old one anymore.

Since I changed NVRAM with the same type of minolta C-350 the following happend:

1-At first the first print or copy jammed even before the paper pick-up

2-This machine`s setting at service mode- "marketting area" was set to Europe before and then I changed that to US and it worked.but does not produce test print in service mode and also has some other problems with size.

3-then suddenly there was this Code "C-3c30" came up for the first copy every time.

Actions taken:Changed the control board and MFP control board with the machine that the current NVRAM belonged to -entered serial number but did NOT work.

Strange thing that I have 2 minolta C-350 with exactly the same problem.

Any help will be really appreciated.

didnt see that code in the manual or on SSD.
double check the serial #s in service mode, may not be correct.
have you tried BASE firmware?
the NVRAM cannot be swapped from another machine. has to be new to marry itself to the copier (unless you want to swap a few more boards along with it maybe.)

good luck.

Description
What does the C3C30 code indicate?
Solution
The C-3C30 code indicates that the correct date and time must be input into the copier. To access the date/time mode, press the following keys in order: Stop 1144 Clear in service mode and then in administrator mode.

Checked the serial and its allright
the original NVRAM is not available
I dont know how to BASE firmware...But I think it needs some sort of very old memory card which I could NOT find.Is there any easy way to update the "firmware"???
