I have a customer that has the above machine. What is happening is the controller button on the MFP is going gray and she has to restart the controller, by shutting it off with the switch, I know bad move, but that is the only way to get it back printing. I have all the patches on the on the controller. I just reloaded the software maybe about 2 months ago. Don't think they are doing anything, it just goes. The controller has the 00 on it too. I don't know, maybe the cable?

you can try this

a. Select Utility/Counter button. b. Select Network Setting.
c. Select Machine NIC Setting.
d. Power the engine OFF/ON.

2. Select "Controller" tab located on the engine operation panel.
3. Select "Setup", log into the FieryŽ using the Username, Administrator and Password, Fiery.1
4. Select "Network Setup 2/2".
5. Enable "Web LCD"; then select "Back", "OK", "Apply Reboot" and "Close".

Once the FieryŽ is fully rebooted, select the "Controller" button the FieryŽ "Web LCD" interface should now be available.

or the copiers internal HDDs are corrupted and need reformatting in service mode.

could even be the cable but that usually causes a trouble code.

check the above and let us know.

Sorry to be so late on the reply, I did do that, but I kept the interface the same as she was used to. All seems to be fine. I have not heard from her.
