Yes I read that, but on the video it clearly show the arm moving in at the wrong time, as if it thinks it has reached it's count to push out the batch but hasn't noticed there is an extra sheet coming in, is that related to paper cuts?

Ive been out to it, it is letting through the next piece of paper it should be holding back while it ejects, or so it seems, I will have to look at the theory of operation,

Abso-friggen-lutely papercuts in the alignment paddle. Change these bastards at least once a week these days. Classic symptom.

The updated version with even more metal just cuts elsewhere now so still not solved but will be good for a while with new ones.
