Hello !
I have duzens of C224e firmwares versions but I dont understand what should I use because for example in Ricoh the newer versions are identified with a letter from A to Z , "A" (Old Version) and "Z" (New version).
How works in Konica Minolta ? Some firmwares are Multilanguage and have a .bat file , for example I want spanish how I do to select "spanish_language.bat" ?

Example:

A5C10Y0-F000-G20-63.exe
A5C10Y0-F000-G20-A9
A5C10Y0-F000-G20-C8
A5C10Y0-F000-G20-G9
A5C10Y0-F000-G20-K2
A5C10Y0-F000-G20-K5-100-CHECKSUM-d64d
A5C10Y0-F000-G20-K6
A5C10Y0-F000-G20-K9
A5C10Y0-F000-G20-M0
A5C10Y0-F000-G20-M1

Log into KonicaMinolta's website and they are all arranged neatly, in order and showing the date they were put on the website, unless you aren't a certified KonicaMinolta technician. If that's the case, I'm not sure how you were able to obtain any firmware at all.

Hello !
I allready understand fw versions, its the same has Ricoh.
Can I upgrade for example C224e Firmware from FW-G20-E4 to FW-G20-J6 without installing the FW-G20-G9 that its the version before FW-G20-J6 ?

On the 4 series unless special f/w I always use the latest at top of the list. Although a little confusing with the (LK-101) in title of some f/w. See my post below in this thread.

one thing to remember abouit firmware updates is that sometimes soft sw changes need to be made to make it effective. somtimes funtion level as well. so reading the pdf that comes with it is important.

M1 is the latest. On f/w screen you can select aditional languages

F/W has always been confusing to me! Looking at M1 at top of the list it has (LK-101). I remember a Konica rep told me if upgrading just regular f/w to use the first one down the list that does not have (LK-101). Unless of course the machine is having issues with the LK-101 options than use the latest with LK-101. I'm still confused
