Konica 7040 toner error

hi i have a konica 7040 that's giving a false toner low message, sometimes i can power it down or open the toner access door and then close it, this clears the message but then it comes back after a while and the toner is only 7days old, any suggestions will be welcome, thanks.

toner bottle motor binding.... just a guess.... is the bottle turning?

maybe the toner sensor is faulty.just try to reset the L detection.or maybe theres lack of toner in developing unit. make a force toner drope.

hold 36 button. then swicth on the main power swicth then go to hv adjustment then look for force toner supply. then ok.do it multiple times until add toner disapear,
