bizhub c454e unstable margin when feeding thick 4 from bypass

customer is printing practically to the edge of the paper... and is not getting consistent margin...

It worked great for a while and then stopped...

I am ordering rollers... for the bypass...

I saw a recommendation to print on oversize paper and then cut down to size...

I am checking would it make sense to mess with the margin settings in the machine and which ones... or would that cause issues...

For kyocera we would tell the customer they are forcing the machine to print beyond its specs... going to the edge beyond the recommended margin is beyond the specs of the machine...

Does that still hold true for bizhubs and what is the minimum margin for the bizhubs...???

    Thanks for your help...
