I have a KM bizhub C360 with the black fading in and out. Will print 100s of pages fine then just fades out to blank pages, and then black will return like normal.

I have replaced the black developer, black drum, Transfer belt and transfer roller. It does not give any errors. I am thinking maybe a PCB?

Try the HV pcb if the clutch doesn't work.

Check the white bushings on the sub-hopper. They can pack up with toner, stalling the toner motor intermittently. Let's see if I have a photo:

Do you happen to have a p/n for the clutch? I am not seeing it in the parts guide, Just clutches for the paper drive.

Thanks

Never had to replace any kind of clutch in KonicaMinolta's. I blow them out with compressed air first, soak them with brake cleaner and blow the clutch dry again with air.

However, when I was working for a company and not paying the part myself, I would get a new part too - but I'm an Indy. Nuff said?

I have three of these machines and they seem to run fairly good.
I just wanted to say thanks for the great post. As an indy I look at
just about any machine and don't get a great deal of experience on
one product line.

Thanks again
