Firmware is up to date, i am able to get into web image monitor, i am able to scan, and able to print using wsd device that it has on it, but for some reason i cannot for the life of me connect using the tcp/ip port that i have given it!!
In the past this issue has been resolved by changing IEEE 802.1 from active to inactive, but this is already inactive. I have compared the print I/F list to a working 201 and everything is identical..i even switched print/scan sd cards and still nothing.
Any help? i have no clue why this is not printing
