Need some help guru's. All image components are new including IU's, ITB, Fuser, and transfer roller. Have stopped the copy/print half way through and the drums are all solid colored like they should be and it happens before the fuser. Like I said the ITB and transfer are new but is there any other common failings such as power packs or contacts that cause issues?

All colors show same banding but doesn't seem to be a pattern
Banding is heavier towards the front of the machine versus the rear

This does happen on both internal prints and copies.

My best bet is transfer voltage problem.
I am not familiar with the printer, but if your image on drums are ok next thing to check is image on belt.
If that is ok too then probably it's a bad contact between machine and secondary transfer roller. Try cleaning it, check for bend contacts etc...
Then your next suspect is power supply, High Voltage unit.
I don't think it's fuser related...

Can't remember if the C3850 transfer belt assy's come with a new transfer roller or not. That's the one consumable left that I would suspect otherwise what's left is HVPS or bad contacts.

Just to clarify. You replaced all those parts after noticing the issue correct?

Correct

Customer had originally called for LCQ which is when the units were replaced. I believe the banding itself to be more severe and evident now versus just light copies

All IU's are new, fuser ITB, and secondary transfer roller are new
Have stopped the paper mid copy and it looks as though it's on the belt that way but it's hard to see for positive. It has already happened before the fuser. My suspicion is power pack but was hoping there was a more common "oh yea if you get that it's this" type of suspect.

Hv on the back would be the next logically step. Some sort of grounding issue

Looks to me like the second transfer roller isnt pressing evenly against the transfer belt.

this is the kind of effect you get on the 654 series when the rear transfer roller cam driven rocker arm snaps.

Even if right side door is not latching properly, it will give uneven density across width

I'm guessing this is the issue since this machine doesn't have a 2nd transfer retraction system. Taken from the manual

"In this machine, the 2nd transfer roller does not have a retraction mechanism, so that the transfer belt and 2nd transfer roller are pressed up against each other at all times."

Press in on the front side of the side door while in use, near where it latches and see if the issue goes away or improves. If so, the hook on the front that holds the door shut may be worn, damaged or broken.
