h2-6737 error 9251NA

Hello

I am looking for meaning and repair procedure for the following error H2-6737 finisher.
Inner finisher is installed to 9251NA. My manual does not explain what should be checked :(

I would also like to ask about noise from duplex fan. Is it quite normal for these series. I have 2 machines making laud noise when duplex fan is running.

I could not get any information about this error code but when I removed finisher a small screw fall down. I am not sure what it was for but it must blocked something because after reinstalling problem has gone. This is 1 month now and error code does not back.

About duplex fan. Replacing fan solve noise problem. I cleaned and lubricated the same fan in another noisy machine and it seems work too.
