bizhub 750 front side toner streaked and crooked

The front side of sheet toner streaked and crooked while the duplex side is nearly clean (very faint streaks) and straight. I'm perplexed. I put a new upper roller in and the streaking started. I've done this a hundred times without problems. Could it be the fault of the new roller not being to specs?

duplexing prints second side first and first side second.
so its the second pass that has the issue.
can you jig the door and watch the page go through? maybe its slipping somewhere from curling or buckling or something.
are the bearings good? is there enough pressure and is it even between the u/l fuser rollers?
is your web working correctly?
is the web dry?
lots of things can cause this.

Since you said it happen after replacing the roller it could be the roller is defective. Or maybe the tension springs aren't on right, etc? Even though you posted you have done many of these rollers don't hurt to re-check your work. Usually something simple.
