    Have the fusing unit replaced error

    Bizhub C550. We have got "Have the fusing unit replaced" error and we changed new fusing unit and went to hard reset. The error is still showing. Thanks in advance.

              The fuser unit has a fast blow fuse on that resets the life, you dont need to do anything to reset it other than fit it and switch it on. If it hasn't worked then you have a fuser with the fuse already blown and in that case you will need to fit a new fast blow fuse to reset it.
