I have a call that has come back. I have a C300 that is telling me to set the toner waste box. The customer changed the waste toner is when this started. I was at the customer before Christmas and I cleaned out the sensor in the back and put the new toner box back in and I would run a couple prints and it would say to set the waste toner box and then paper would be all through the machine. I would clear the paper out and it would run a couple and do the same thing. So I put a different new toner box in and that seemed to settle it. Well as I am looking at my calls for tomorrow that same thing has come back. I am puzzled? Any hints?
