The end of life counters are indicate no usage(blocks empty) and have no end dates, the machine is coding out. All three colors
C2225
C2554
C2556
Changed developer units, still now giving me a code C2411, C2412, C2413 staus of the new unit is not cleared. All three colors
Any ideas, thanks in advance

Are they the correct developing units? Did you do a counter clear and color calibration? Do you have a manual? =^..^=

The Chip clears the counter, the new chip thats on the new dv unit.
The only counters you can clear are the fuser and transfer belt
are you talking about initialization/stabilization procedure, we are way past that
The problem is the consumable counters and end dates are not resetting

IIRC the older machine's consumable counter "gas gauge" worked backwards, empty was new and full gauge was end of life.
if there is life on the fuser, reset that counter and check the gauge to confirm.

Did you use new developer units . That should reset counters.

The problem is the consumable counters and end dates are not resetting
on c360 if its empty then its a new unit, the bars count up. if its been set to no stop on the consumables in service mode it might have stopped the consumable life counter working properly and providing end dates, i've noticed that on a few of these machines.

are you using chip reset boards and third party dev units or genuine brand new dev units?
