have you also cleaned the window on the waste toner unit? It may be dirty and triggering the waste toner full. I pop them off with a stanley blade and then glue back with a bit of uhu glue.

Also the noise could be the transfer belt cleaning unit clogging up, I would be taking the belt out and hoovering the belt cleaning unit out.

Good Luck with this. Can be a tricky problem to resolve. Check waste toner and transfer belt.

Chances are the waste pipe that links the image units at the rear are blocked up and making the drive jump to the waste bottle, giving you the message.

The pipes have to removed and cleaned out which is a major job.

There are posts on this forum somewhere covering this but believe me when I say it's a very long job.

We write off machines when they had this issue simply not worth the time to repair.

Yes, or we found in low usage or hot or damp environments caused this issue.

We have condemned more than 1 machine due to this problem, as mentioned above, it`s a stinker of a job getting to where you need to get to, the whole machine needs ripping apart, ripping it apart is the easy bit, getting it all back together again can be problematic ;-)

To cut short in simple words,
IT IS NOT WORTH TO DO ALL THIS JUST FOR WE/ CUST WANTS TO GET ON WORKING.
In next few days it will need some
