Hello to all
I have this situation on my photocopier I have updated the firmware (thanks to Synthohol a great one) but I have not solved the problem.
according to you which can be the cause?
Does it flash even if there is no network cable plugged in?
If not - try connecting direct to your notebook via crossover cable to bypass the customers network enviroment.

What was the original fault that caused you to update the firmware?
Did it print before the update?
Also, what colour are the lights on the port?

sounds to me that your IP addy doesn't match the network scheme...
but it's really hard to diagnose due to the LACK of INFORMATION GIVEN.

It would help a lot to know what it is you are trying to fix.
If the problem is that you cannot print ... do you have the print server option? =^..^=

for a period of time the copier after switching on the leds flashed and it took more than half an hour to connect to the network I thought it was a firmware problem and I reinstalled the firmware but the problem persists and now does not connect to the network the ip address is all ok I checked on the copier panel all the parameters are ok but the leds of the network card flash green and orange alternately

Was not there a chip that was installed in the main board to enable it to print? I think it was called IC-204. Can you print a test print from the copier?
