New Ecosys P3055DN - spotting

Hello,
several customers called me that their new P3055DN were spotting after unboxing and print out a few pages.
I have no such an experiences with these printers installed by myself.
What are yours ones ?

I suspect them that they started to install too cold and untempered printer after unboxing. There is winter in my country and outdoor tepemrature is low.
Of course all of them deny it.

The spotting cleared off after printed out several pages.
