I got this issue i never seen before and i cant get it to print normaly again.
On a text page it seems like theres a uneven toner density, but when i print the test page from service mode it shows some interesting patterns. (test page attached)
I`ve tried to clean the laser unit, clean the whole copier, replaced the OPC cylinder, replaced the wiper blade, replaced the transfer roller. Tried to change Vg Ig voltages. Nothing seems to help.
Can please someone help me?
I need this copier to get working ASAP

Looks like a transfer problem. Try stopping the machine during a copy and see if you have a good image on the drum.

looks like what happens when generic toner is used.
can you confirm OEM toner or dirt in a bottle?

It's a original toner.

you said you replaced the drum, did you replace the developer too? try to always replace them as a set.

Definitely looks like a transfer issue. The lower part of the drum (before contact with the paper) is solid black but is spotty after that, so not all the toner is being transferred to the paper. Check the transfer roll, contacts & voltage.

I replaced the transfer roller, cleaned the spiky strip with alcohol , checked the connections

Anyone?

If you changed drum and developer you have to have a look at the laser then.

Have you changed the developer unit?

Dont have a unit on hand, but i did replace the developer itself.

Looks to me like a transfer belt and transfer roller issue. I had this same problem with a CS 400ci. Check to make sure that the transfer belt and roller are in contact with each other. It could be that the transfer roller guide on the transfer belt might be amiss...

Make really sure the transfer voltage is getting to the transfer roller.
So its not making all black prints??

how do you normally check voltages?

on transfer you would read it from the contacts to frame
