Bizhub C652 External Keyboard ???

I've had a few off lease machines I bought that had the external Keyboard & EK-605 installed.

Can someone explain what the external keyboard (KH-101) is used for? I'm assuming it is to name scans, search documents or internet?

I know you need the local interface kit EK-604/605 to plug keyboard into. Is anything else needed like a license kit, etc?

its mostly used for web browers. it can be used just to type stuff in easier. not need to scan or enter email. some use it for the big keys. its not really need
