i like watching the progress bar, USB method just makes me wonder.

heh, at that moment i was missing crossover or switch.. prep tool looked like the easy way..:)
yes i know.. i should ve gone prepared..

crossovers are no longer needed now that fierys and laptops support auto crossover.

pretty sure you are right..
however, my IC408 refused the ethernet cable.. so, i had to go back with a crossover..:)
