Hi,
We have issue on registration on our c1085. When print on A3 or A4, no skew or bad registration.
But when print on SRA3 size or more, there is skew issue on front side and its huge.
We try registration setting and it not resolve issue. Even when print only font side there it is skewed.
How can i fix skew on font side?
Thanks,.3897838979

My guess is that the majority of the paper that has passed through the machine was A3 or smaller, so that there is wear to the center of the registration rollers. I would start by replacing the registration rollers.

SRA3 (320 x 450) is well within the machine specifications. You can go as large as 330 x 487, Super A3 or F4 Southeast Asia or Neue Zurcher Zeitung. =^..^=

Thank blackcat, but machine is new 400K sheet printed.
We use only SRA3 size and 33X48cm for printing.
We used A3 paper to test registration setting when we had this issue.
We has no issue on SRA3 size or more two day later. Registration was great on SRA3 and 33X48cm.

Thanks,

No NCR, we not use NCR paper on this machine.
Issue occur on coated and uncoated paper 250g, 170g, 350g, 130g the kind of paper we use. On any paper SRA3 or more.

Do you know sequence for setting front side skew?

This is not going to be a mechanical adjustment. The fact that you get differing effects based on paper size tells me this.

I would still examine the registration rollers. You might see something like this:

For machine less than one year???
We have a second machine that had 2,8M sheet printed and registration is good.
We use only SRA3 size or more, i think it is not mechanical issue so can you tell me how to fix skew on front side?
I will check registration roller tomorrow.
I try to make change buy using skew adj in technical menu but it don't work no change.

you run your adjustments in the paper sections. Def can compensate for zoom, and drift. Also your loop settings must be adjusted.
