I have a konica minolta bizhub c654 printet that has refused to power up and its a 110v while my area uses 240v. How do I get this machine to power up again and is it possible to convert it to 240v by default instead of using step down adapters? Please help me so I can fix this, I will greatly appreciate it

The only way this can be done is changing at least the power supply. There are 2 different part #'s for the 110v & 230v power supplies. Not sure if any other parts are different but the power supplies are.

Main power supply and induction power source for fusing section both are mains powered and will need to be exchanged.

You'd really need to check everything in the parts manual for 110/240v operation. Theres also a noise filter and a small transformer for the tray heaters that will also need to be checked for suitability off the top of my head.

you can get a step-down transformer?

You sure can, it's how us people in the 240V world sell and run up 110V machines and install onto ships. (and service them in the workshop if required)

I live in the the 240V / metric world and we regularly service 110V machines printing on letter & 11x17" size paper. Quite ridiculous really.
