    bizhub C450 "C-D201" Error

    Hi,
    One of our copiers (C450) has come up with an error code of C-D201 which is the main body memory failure. We've gone through and replaced ALL of the memory with known good ones, and it's still reporting the same error even after doing a trouble reset.
    Just wondering if anyone can offer any advice or has come across this problem before?

    Any suggestions welcomed!

      There isn't a "communication system setting" listed as an option in System1 that I can see.

          CD201: File Memory mounting failure

          Relevant Electrical Parts:
          Electronic Sorting Board (PWB-ES)
          Standard Memory (D_FILE0)

          Solution:
          1. Check to see if the standard memory (D_FILE0) on the Electronic Sorting Board (PWB-ES) is installed correctly.
          2. Change the standard memory (D_FILE0) on the Electronic Sorting Board (PWB-ES).
          3. Change PWB-ES.

            As mentioned:
            Check and re-install of standard memory(PWB-ES);
            Replace of standard memory(PWB-ES);
            Replace of PWB-ES.

                  In my service manual the C-D2xx codes are memory related. Anyway, had a C-D201 yesterday and the solution was simply to slide out the PWB unit and insert it again. It turned out the machine has been moved and the error code appeared after the transportation.
