Bizhub c554 with DF 701 doc feed jamming and multi feeding

YIKES.... got a feed tire kit..... installed it, problem got worse and the pickup rollers won't lift properly. Yes I probably screwed up putting it together, there are these little plastic legs that seem to have some dubious purpose, and they flew across the room and it seem that no matter how I reattach them, they serve no discernible function. Does anyone have a service manual with a good diagram of how this device is supposed to go together. I have checked that all the shear pins are installed and the rollers all seem to move in the proper direction and yet proper execution of paper eludes my efforts. HELP (please)

I know what you are talking about and yes they are needed to work. The parts book won't be much help but I can take a few pics of shop ADF tomorrow. Send me a PM tomorrow to remind me if you don't see the pics by noon.
