Just got this printer and i have a problem:
I try to print B4 size (250mm x 353mm) but the printer's driver for B4 setting have 257X364mm.
Also the trays recognize for B4 257X364mm.
Is there any way to "change" the setting in printer and the printer driver?

Thanks in advance!

257x364 is RB4, or B4 uncut. I have no idea why it might display that way. =^..^=

You could create a custom size on both the machine and print driver

The problem is that in B4 size i print carbonless forms and in carbon copy function accept only standard sizes...

Ok. So don't select RB4. Select B4. Both are standard sizes. =^..^=

But in my printer driver B4 is 257X364mm...:D

You might re-check that. Does it say RB4, Uncut B4, or Wide B4?

hmmmm... maybe reload the driver? Sorry, I don't have a driver to look at now.

Oh, That's JIS-B4! You need ISO-B4. Big difference. =^..^=

I tried pcl and ps driver, same result.. Maybe is firmware thing?.. because also the printer "read" for B4 257X364mm

JIS-B4 is a Japanese paper size. ISO-B4 is the recent world standard. Are you using the correct print driver for your world region? Is the proprietary software written for your world region? =^..^=

I checked. Both driver and machine setting (in service mode) is for Europe area.. I also noticed that each time driver "connect" with printer possibly to read the printer's configuration..

Yes the driver communicates settings with the printer via SNMP. If you're using the standard Konica Minolta driver you should be able to create a custom paper size 250 x 353. You can name it anything you like (I'd call it "ISO-B4").
