I have a BizHub Pro C500 and a Fiery IP-901. Whenever black text is printed to the machine, it comes out screened. This ofcourse makes all the text look broken rather than sharp.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Thanks.

Dont quite understand, can you scan and attach a sample?

I can't get a scan at the moment. I will try on Monday.

What I mean is that when black vector text is printed it should come out as a crisp solid black.

However, it comes out as being created by dots or lines. Therefore, the text looks jagged/rough and not crisp like it should.

The same file was tested on another colour machine as well as a B/W machine. Both came out as crisp text.

I assume the black text is being rasterized however, there is no other colour making up the black, it is just black

I hope this makes a little more sense.
