Hi everybody I have encountered a problem with my kyocera taskalfa 8001i, whenever I try to start it it shows a C7470 error code.
Could you please help me sort it out and explain to me what causes it.

what's your firmware version? there's a tech bulletin released 11/4/2018 for these error message!

Check the connector of the toner disposal box that is attached to the rear of the machine.
