Hi all
Just had a used C3350 traded in
Machine displays a Jam at the right hand door and code FF FF anyone come across this
Have checked paper path sensors and switches all seem ok
Any advise would be welcome Thanks

Id be trying firmware have you got any?

I agree on trying firmware. We just had a C3851fs jamming and firmware took care of it.

Turned out to be a hardware fault
was a broken wire to the exit sensor

God bless you again thanks for the previous help from my heart, I was already checking the sensor and all the rest in that area and the connectors and their cables and even replaced some since I have another equipment of that for feet but the paper jam error FF -FF still there is help please

God bless I managed to clear the paper jam error and now it is the 2152 error that is causing me annoyance but I am trying to solve it some help

Detection timing
• The 1st transfer pressure sensor (PS9) does not change its state from one corresponding to the retracted
position to the pressed position within a predetermined period of time after the 1st transfer pressure solenoid

God bless you, thank you, I was able to solve this but I have a paper jam error 11-02 in tray 1 and the paper does not even come out of the tray and in tray 2 the paper is halfway through and it gives me an error 30-03

Tray 2 sounds like a paper size mismatch and the 11-xx in tray 1 just change the rollers and make sure the backstop for the paper actually helps push the paper towards the rollers when lifted.
I've put a piece of sponge behind the mylar for additional support when lifting.

I think those paper trays were modified heavily because of falling apart and paper jams.
