The rollers may very well be the same but the overall housings are different....... I think, I'm not at the office so I cant check right now but will later.

There is nothing the same from a di250 to a di251 except the top paper tray the image unit and the transfer area.

If they don't have the same part number, ergo, they're not the same.;)

You cannot tell that two spare parts are not the same just checking the code number. These codes have all kind of equivalents. So, you'll get the best answer only comparing physically one with another.

That's ok if you have the other pare part to compare.

I went to the parts room and did a comparison of the 2 aforementioned rollers.......... Not the the same, not even close the 251 UFR is well over a 1/4 inch bigger in diameter.............. End of debate. But keep in mind KM uses some of the same parts on a new model as the previous model and they do change the part numbers for clarification reasons so comparing is the only real way to know.

It seems to me that you're waiting for someone to tell you that the rollers are the same even if everyone else until now told you the opposite...

NOT the same. Not to mention the '0' series tends to melt and i never had any success rebuilding them.....
Don't bother.:(

According to Katun are the UFR's for the Bizhub 250, 350 and Di-2510, 3510 the same. Their part #24317

The Di-350 is very different, the Di-351 different again and even the 25cpm machines of those both series are officially different from the higher speed series although we always used the 35cpm UFR for the 25cpm machines both as well. The wall thickness of the 25cpm machines is a little less.

I'm almost confused myself now......:p

which is what MY reply's based on. again, if the bizhub is same as a di250 no. don't reuild its fuser, if you can you're lucky or it got damaged early before it melted itself beyond usability, which is what is was designed to do. Trust me, i went to school for a week on the NEC version of that model.
If you meant the 2nd models you posted, mw, then listen to the other dood!
