It can't be reset in service mode. You would need reset chips to reset the replace drum counter or other parts on that unit. Even if you could find those chips (I've seen them sold on ebay) ....probably not worth it. Those drums go 50,000 copies and need to be replaced at that mileage interval for good color output. The transfer belt unit goes 100,000 pages and only costs about $160 to replace.
