Did you re-seat the memory card? If not start there.

Removing panel now to try first.

I just checked a C308 I have in the shop. I had forgotten they called the 1st module Work 0. Unless you have an LK installed you will not have a Work 1 module and it will show NG

Thanks for update. Any ideas on the FA-14 code?

Are you an authorized tech?
Try this,
Recovery Tool firmware
A7PU0Y0-F000-GXX-A8
GXX-A8
Preventive firmware
A7PU0Y0-F000-GXX-B0
GXX-B0

Otherwise it is either the HDD or MFP board.
There is a bulletin.

I see the code has gone now but if it comes back try running the complete diagnostic check in state confirmation (if the firmware’s up to date).
This checks all electrical parts of the machine and then gives you an error code that you can refer to in the manual.

If it’s not available in state confirmation, do the following.

Full power off.

Hold down the sub power switch and then switch on the main power.

Hold the sub power switch down until the blue data light flashes, then release it.

The machine should then boot into a diagnostic screen (takes a while to appear though).

Press start and the diagnostics will run.

This usually takes a minute or two and will appear to pause when it’s testing the hdd.

Work1 will always fail unless an expansion memory is fitted.

It will show the usual ok or ng messages.

I,ve used this to help diagnose faults and it really helps.

My money would be on the hard drive.

Hope this helps you.

Hello, this problem is repeated very often lately in the Konica Minolta.

I understood only that this error is caused by a particular version of Adobe Reader, especially if it uses Chrome.
