tried removing the network connection, and restating to no good, tried unplugging letting rest and then plug everything back in, still nada

There is tool called nvram restoration tool

Last one I had like this it was the ssd board. It is an orderable part and has no set up procedure. Just swap it out and off you go.

Could be i guess, remember now that i had one do that.
Problem went away after i replaced the 3.3v battery for a time and date problem?
