C6000L tray 2 lift

Morning Folks,

Hope your all good.

Something that has been baffling my brain. We have an issue with tray 2 not lifting. Everything points to the tray lift motor. Except... its not the motor. We have changed the lift motor.

All I can think of is the very unlikely possibility that the frame has been bent by my customer slamming in the drawer? I am however clutching at very small straws!

Anyone have any ideas?

Machine trays or PF unit?

There's a linkage that drives the tray upward ... if that linkage breaks the machine will try lifting for 5 seconds, then reverses and gives up. =^..^=

Its the machine trays. All the linkages look ok.
