obvious place to start would be the KM portal .. I assume you are not an authorized tech for KM?

if you don't have the service manuals or access to the portal I would steer clear of it. too many service modes need to be addressed when installing firmware

I know the procedure / I own the service manuals and I happened to update the firmware on other machines many times.
the only thing I miss is a firmware where the Italian language is present.

I always assumed languages were included in all versions. Learn something new everyday

in fact it is a rather strange thing. For this reason I'm looking for a different firmware from the one I own.
